Our beach home rentals require a collected $500 security deposit prior to your arrival. It will be refunded to you after your stay, if no damage claim is made.
This deposit is collected separately according to Airbnb's security deposit policy. Hospitable (our API-connected software used for our direct Seaside Vacations 30A bookings) also has a similar policy.
